Order form should be filled up and submitted first to process your
orders. An e-mail confirmation will be sent once the order form is
received. The buyer will be notified when to settle the payment.

Full payment is required to avoid bogus buyers. All payments should be
settled within 5 days after receiving the seller’s bank and payment
details through e-mail.

Shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer unless otherwise stated.
All orders will be shipped by JRS Express. Shipment through LBC is also
possible but additional charge will apply based on LBC delivery rates.

7. Meet ups by appointment (possible places: SM Fairview, SM Megamall, and Trinoma only)
The buyer must pay the full payment first in Bank or GCASH before the meeting.

All pre-order items will be received by the buyer within 3 weeks after
the payment has been settled. If your order is on hand, it will be
delivered to your shipping address within 2-5 days depending on your
location.
9. No return, no exchange. All items are sealed or in
their original box. All items are always checked by the seller and are
sure to be in good condition before sending it to the buyer’s shipping
address.
10. No refund, unless your item is out of stock.
11. All items are purchased directly from Korea’s official brand stores. Please order if you can wait for 3 weeks.
12. Kindly always include your 2nd choice or option in the order form just in case your item is out of stock.
13. Cancellation of orders will not be accepted.
14. Freebies will be given to all buyers except for items on sale price.
15. Freebies and discounts will be given to big or bulk orders.
16. Resellers are accepted for orders Php 10,000 and up.
